Job Description:

Our client, a Darien, CT-based technology firm, seeks a Temp to Perm Customer Support Representative.

Customer Support Representative Position Summary

  • Monday through Friday. (Monday and Friday work from home) On Fridays, they work until 2:00 pm all year round. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office. They all get paid based on a 40-hour work week, when hired perm, not as a temp.
  • Hourly pay rate is $20 max.
  • Salary on the perm side is $45-$50K; might even consider $55k!
  • The company offers medical, dental, vision, and IRA contributions. 10 sick days, 10-15 PTO days
  • Hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and Fridays at 9:00 am-2:00 pm.

    What you'll be doing:
    As the Customer Support Representative, you will directly contribute to the organization's success by delivering a world-class customer experience. This involves educating new customers, supporting existing customers, and contributing to ongoing projects to improve efficiency and the overall customer experience.

    This dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role requires someone who can multitask and is a great communicator.

    Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers promptly
  • Enter and track customer orders in our ERP NetSuite
  • Educate customers on product offerings
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory to maintain high-quality standards
  • Host private Coach sessions with customers who need a more personalized learning experience
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the success of the company by assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    Essential Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Positive attitude!

    Beneficial Qualifications:
  • Prior ERP experience, preferably NetSuite
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer goods industry
