Private Equity VP

Job Description:

Dynamic and highly recognized FinTech company with offices in the tri-state area seeks to hire a Vice President level candidate to join its Private Equity Finance team in Greenwich, CT.

This individual will work closely with other team members, vendors, management, and clients on various accounting and reporting processes. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Fund Finance Private Equity. This is an opportunity to truly make an impact with a young company that continues to grow and do great things.

Compensation includes base salary, bonus and stock. The company is onsite Monday - Thursday and is a two minute walk from the train station.

Responsiblities include, but are not limited to:
• Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) as well as underlying fund operational questionnaires prior to fund launch. Provide feedback to internal legal or fund origination teams if there is anything that should be considered from a fund finance perspective.
• Determine commitment sizes to underlying funds and conduct analysis on feeder fund expenses.
• Review and sign-off on capital call and distribution cash analysis, investor allocation files and notices prepared by third party admins and Associate or AVP members of the Fund Finance team.
• Participate in management-level meetings internally and externally.
• Attend prospective clients’ on-site due diligence.
• Oversee the funds’ progress on preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
