Benefits

The Director of Total Rewards directs the planning, design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, wellness, and employee health functions of the organization. What you’ll do:
  • Compensation: Regularly evaluate roles to ensure proper FLSA classifications, job level assignments, and job family alignment
  • Compensation: Manage job leveling structure and tools to ensure long-term scalable solutions
  • Compensation: Oversee the review and effectiveness of company compensation and benefits practices, programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Compensation: Analyze acquisition targets compensation structure and propose remedies and compensation packages as needed
  • Benefits: Oversee the review and effectiveness of company wellness and employee health practices, programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Benefits: Collaborate in the development and implementation of a market-comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, 401k, wellness, and other ancillary benefits and initiatives, leading the respective provider and intermediary companies.
  • Benefits: Ensure the benefits team supports the employees in a timely and effective manner
  • Total Rewards: Collaborate with the HR business partners to advise and influence business leaders in implementing total-rewards-specific strategies that are supportive of the company’s strategic goals, drive engagement, and link to the company’s initiatives and priorities
  • Total Rewards: Maintain a good pulse on global market data and drive bold programs to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace. Continuously assess our total rewards offering and upgrade or change as needed to ensure the company remains an employer of choice
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics, metrics, and dashboards around rewards programs and other key people areas to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and inform the program direction in the future
  • Analytics & Reporting: Research and analyze trends affecting pay and benefits to assess how the organization can improve its practices
  • Analytics & Reporting: Be responsible for all reporting internally and externally (e.g. federal) with regard to total rewards programs
  • Budgeting: Prepare, manage, and adhere to department budget to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Budgeting: Partner with finance to budget for any benefit enhancements
  • Leadership: Build and sustain collaborative relationships within CW (i.e., finance, payroll, legal, etc.), work through complex challenges to achieve resolution and maintain compliance, and build trust by including others and by keeping cross-functional teams focused on the success of the enterprise.
  • Leadership: Supervise Total Rewards team of 2 employees, provide direction, coach, develop, and manage performance to company goals and expectations.
