Account Management: Loan Processor

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment firm in Westport, seeks to hire an Account Manager/Loan Processor to join their team. Their focus is on providing customized financing solutions for a diverse range of real estate projects. They pride themselves on their innovative approach and commitment to excellence.Our client is on-site five days per week. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and incentives.As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the loan process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass hands-on loan process management and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions. You will work closely with lenders, brokers, correspondents, vendors, and other key players in the real estate industry, demonstrating autonomy and proficiency in handling the Company’s growing pipeline.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Analyzing credit and background for each file to ensure their loan profile falls within guidelines.
  • Work closely with other team members, including loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination throughout the loan processing life cycle.
  • Ordering and reviewing appraisal, title, and insurance.
  • Coordinating timelines with borrower’s title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance, answering queries, and guiding them through the loan application process.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine loan processing workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience.
