  • Generate, prepare, and organize documentation and forms
  • Coordinate court filings including E-filings at the state and federal level
  • Managing records, projects, and calendars to promote smooth functionality
  • Proofreading and editing legal documents thoroughly for errors in content, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
  • Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders
  • Collecting and delivering documents
  • Managing diaries for Attorneys
  • Support legal research and communicate with vendors, Lawyers, opposing counsel, and other staff.
