Our client, a White Plains, NY law firm, is seeking a
Legal Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate possesses:
Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to Partners and Associates, as assigned.
- Assist with tracking and reporting expenses.
- Assist with business development initiatives.
- Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
- Schedule, arrange, prepare, and distribute materials for meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Draft correspondence and other materials as requested and respond to written and verbal inquiries. Type, prepare, and proofread legal and other documents.
- Receives incoming communication on behalf of Attorneys, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes to appropriate staff.
- Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
- Performs additional and/or other related duties as assigned.
