Corporate Reporting Associate

Growing FinTech/Investment management firm in lower Fairfield County, CT, is adding to their Corporate Finance team. We are supporting them with a search for a Financial Reporting Associate who will assist with the continual development of their financial reporting function, which includes preparation of financial statements, maintenance of accounting records and files, assistance with annual parent and statutory audits, implementation and testing of internal controls, assistance with equity accounting and reporting, and more.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the compilation of monthly and annual financial statements like US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards for international subsidiaries
• Assist in researching technical accounting guidance for new accounting pronouncements
• Partner with international team members and service providers to complete monthly international financial reporting and analysis.
• Help drive continuous improvements in the Corporate Finance team’s workflows
• Support ad hoc initiatives such as equity record keeping and accounting analysis, M&A integrations, etc.

This position offers a base salary, bonus, and stock. They are working onsite Monday - Thursday.
